1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Lycelle, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lycelle.
2. Use of Lycelle
Lycelle is provided for personal self-care, journaling, cycle literacy, and pattern awareness. You may use it only for lawful personal purposes and in accordance with these terms.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your account, for keeping access credentials secure, and for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you enter. Notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Premium subscriptions
Premium subscriptions and charges are managed through the relevant app store. Prices, billing periods, renewals, trials, refunds, and eligibility are shown in the purchase flow and are subject to Apple or Google terms. Restore or cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play settings where applicable. Deleting a Lycelle account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
5. AI Companion
AI Companion responses are informational and reflective only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation. Do not rely on AI Companion for emergencies, medical decisions, or professional advice, and avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive information.
6. Not medical advice
Lycelle is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility certainty, pregnancy confirmation, or emergency support. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the Medical Disclaimer.
7. User content
You retain responsibility for notes, messages, reflections, and other content you enter. You grant Lycelle and its service providers the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and support the app as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Lycelle, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits or security controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service to harm, threaten, exploit, or deceive others.
9. Service availability
Lycelle may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security work, or other circumstances. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed.
10. Changes to the app
Features, limits, content, providers, and availability may change over time. We may update these terms when necessary and will publish a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Lycelle or delete your account at any time. Access may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lycelle is provided “as is” and “as available.” Dodly Forbi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on Lycelle. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
